# The Visiting Forces Act (Application to Colonies) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1967, Note: Explanatory note


This Order extends to the Bahama Islands, the Colony of Seychelles and the British Indian Ocean Territory the provisions of the Visiting Forces Act 1952, subject to the adaptations, modifications and exceptions set out in Schedule 2 to the Visiting Forces Act (Application to Colonies) Order 1954.
