# The Visiting Forces Act (Application to Colonies) (Amendment) Order 1990, Article 3


The definition of “Governor” contained in paragraph 13(1) of the Second Schedule to the principal Order is amended by the deletion after the word “Territory” in that definition of the words “and, in relation to the Turks and Caicos Islands, includes the Administrator”.
