  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Visiting Forces (Designation) (Colonies) Order, 1954, and shall come into operation on the twelfth day of June, 1954.\n(2) The Interpretation Act, 1889, shall apply for the purpose of interpreting this Order as it applies for the purpose of interpreting an Act of Parliament.",
