Albania, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, the Federal Republic of Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Kingdom of Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, the United States of America and Uzbekistan are designated for the purposes of section 9A of the 1952 Act.
