  "text": "The Visiting Forces (Military Courts-Martial) Order, 1942, modified the provisions of the Army Act as to courts-martial, in relation to members of the Commonwealth Forces referred to in that Order attached to a Home Force. The present Order includes Ceylon Forces amongst such Commonwealth Forces, and substitutes references to the Army Act, 1955, for references to the Army Act.",
