  "text": "DEFENCE\nMade 23rd June 1964\nComing into Operation 30th June 1964\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 23rd day of June 1964\nPresent,\nThe Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred on Her by section 74 of the Finance Act 1960 or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
