  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order confers on the Devon Sea Fisheries Committee (“the Committee”) a right of regulating a fishery for oysters, mussels, cockles, clams and crabs in the River Dart for a period of 25 years. It prohibits fishing within the fishery without a licence granted by the Committee and contains provisions governing the manner in which the Committee may exercise the rights conferred.\nThe situation and extent of the area within which the rights are conferred are shown on the definitive map which is described in article 1(2) of the Order. The definitive map is available for inspection by prior appointment during office hours at the offices of the Committee at Office No. 9, Fish Market, The Quay, Brixham, Devon TQ5 8AW and at the offices of the Fisheries Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food at Nobel House, 17 Smith Square, London SW1P 3JR.",
