  "text": "A member of a wages council or central co-ordinating committee who, immediately before the commencement of this Act, is by virtue of paragraph 11(3) of Schedule 17 to the 1975 c. 71.Employment Protection Act 1975 treated as having been appointed by a nominated employers' association or trade union shall continue to be so treated.",
