# Wages Councils Act 1979, Paragraph 5


In Part III of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975, in the first entry relating to wages councils, for the words " paragraph 1(a) of Schedule 2 to the Wages Councils Act 1959 or Chairman of a Committee appointed under paragraph 1(1)(a) of Schedule 3 to that Act" there are substituted the words " paragraph 1(1)(a) of Schedule 2 to the Wages Councils Act 1979 or chairman of a committee appointed under paragraph 1(1)(a) of Schedule 3 to that Act ".
