Article 3 Constitution of education action zone

The schools listed in Schedule 2 to this Order shall constitute collectively an education action zone under the name of the Wakefield Community Learning Partnership Education Action Zone (“the zone”) for the purposes of Chapter III of Part I of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998.
