Laid before Parliament 28th September 1987
Coming into force 19th October 1987
The Secretary of State for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 1(7) and (8)(b) of the Derelict Land Act 1982, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:
