  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThe Secretary of State may pay grants under the Derelict Land Act 1982 towards the cost of acquiring, surveying and carrying out works on land which is derelict, neglected or unsightly. The maximum rates at which grants are payable in the case of development areas or intermediate areas are higher than the rates which are payable elsewhere. Grants may also be paid at the higher rates in localities specified by order.\nThis Order specifies for this purpose a locality in the area of the City of Wakefield Metropolitan District Council which is indicated on the plan below.\nWAKEFIELD DERELICT LAND CLEARANCE AREA",
