  "text": "(1) Section 159 (index of defined expressions) is amended as follows.\n(2) Omit the entry for ““the Assembly Act provisions””.\n(3) In the entry for ““Assembly's legislative competence (in relation to Acts of the Assembly)””, for ““section 108”” substitute “ section 108A ”.\n(4) Insert at the appropriate places—\n“\nancillary (in relation to a provision)\nsection 108A(7)\n”\n“\nproperty\nsection 158(1)\n”\n“\nreserved matters\nSchedule 7A\n”\n“\ndevolved Welsh authority\nsection 157A\n”.",
