(a)

in subsections (1)(b) and (3)(a), for ““national authority”” substitute “ relevant authority ”;

(b)

in subsection (6), after ““with”” insert “ the Welsh Ministers and ”;

(c)

in subsection (7), for the words from ““making”” to ““Ministers”” substitute “ the Welsh Ministers or the Scottish Ministers make regulations under subsection (5) they ”;

(d)

in subsection (8)—

(i)

(ii)
