  "text": "(1) Section 5C of the Female Genital Mutilation Act 2003 (guidance) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (4)(a), for ““a body exercising devolved Welsh functions”” substitute “ a devolved Welsh authority ”.\n(3) For subsection (5) substitute—\n“(5) In subsection (4)(a) “\"devolved Welsh authority”” has the same meaning as in the Government of Wales Act 2006 (see section 157A of that Act).”",
