# Wales Act 2017, Paragraph 71


In section 74 of the Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Act 2008 (general interpretation), in paragraph (a) of the definition of ““devolved Welsh matter””, for ““section 108”” substitute “ section 108A ”.
