  "text": "(1) The amendments made by section 3 and Schedules 1 and 2 apply to an Act of the National Assembly for Wales only if the vote by the Assembly agreeing to the general principles of the Bill for the Act took place on or after the principal appointed day.\n(2) In this paragraph “\"the principal appointed day”” has the same meaning as in section 71.",
