  "text": "Infrastructure Planning\nMade 24th April 2015\nComing into force 25th April 2015\nThe Walney Extension Offshore Wind Farm Order 2014 (“the Order”), which granted development consent within the meaning of the Planning Act 2008 (“the Act”), contained correctable errors within the meaning of the Act.\nBefore the end of the relevant period, as defined in paragraph 1(6)(a) of Schedule 4 to the Act, the Secretary of State received a written request for the correction of errors in the Order.\nThe Secretary of State has informed Lancaster City Council and Lancashire County Council, as the planning authorities for the area in which the land to which the Order relates is situated that the Secretary of State is required to inform, that the request has been received in accordance with paragraph 1(7) of Schedule 4 to the Act.\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 119 of, and Schedule 4 to, the Act, makes the following Order:",

The Act was amended by Chapter 6 of Part 6 of, and Schedule 13 to, the Localism Act 2011 (c.20), and by section 112 of, and Schedule 8 to, the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 (c.23). Sections 127, 130, 131, 132 and 138 were amended by the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013 (c.27). Sections 128, 129 and 137 were repealed by the Growth and Infrastructure Act 2013. There are other amendments which are not relevant to this Order."
