# The Walney Extension Offshore Wind Farm Order 2014, Article 37: Deemed licences under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009

Extent: E+W

The deemed marine licences set out in Part 1 of Schedules 9 (deemed generator assets marine licence under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009) and 10 (deemed transmission assets marine licence under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009) respectively, are deemed to be granted to the undertaker under Part 4 of Chapter 1 of the 2009 Act, subject to the conditions set out in Part 2 of each of those Schedules.
