# The War Pensions Committees (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 4th December 1995
Laid before Parliament 8th December 1995
Coming into force 1st January 1996
The Secretary of State for Social Security in exercise of powers conferred by sections 25(1), 29(1) and 30(1) of the Social Security Act 1989 and section 189(4) and (5) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
