# The War Pensions Committees (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 4: Amendment of regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations


For sub-paragraph (d) of paragraph (3) of regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations (membership of Committee (except Northern Ireland War Pensions Committee)) there shall be substituted—
“(d) four members each of whom has been nominated by a local authority exercising functions in any part of the area for which the Committee is appointed.”.
