  "text": "These Regulations may be cited as the War Pensions Committees (Amendment) Regulations 1996, and shall come into force\n(a) for the purposes of paragraphs (5), (7) and (10) of Regulation 2, and paragraph (1) of that Regulation so far as it relates to those paragraphs, on 5th August 1996; and\n(b) for all other purposes on 1st April 1997.",
