Laid before Parliament 1st November 2005
Coming into force 5th December 2005
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 25 and 29 of the Social Security Act 1989 and section 175(2) to (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
