  "text": "Regulation 1 shall be amended as follows—\n(1) in regulation 1(2) omit the word “and”;\n(2) for ““widow” means a widow in receipt of a war widow’s pension” substitute ““surviving spouse” means a widow or widower in receipt of a war pension; and”; and\n(3) after the definition of “widow” there shall be inserted the following definition ““surviving civil partner” means a surviving civil partner in receipt of a war pension”.",
