# The War Pensions Committees (Amendment) Regulations 2017, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 23rd November 2017
Coming into force 15th December 2017
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25 and 29(1) of the Social Security Act 1989 and section 175(3) to (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992.
