# The War Pensions Committees Regulations 1990, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 3rd July 1990
Laid before Parliament 11th July 1990
Coming into force 1st January 1991
The Secretary of State for Social Security in exercise of powers conferred by section 166(2) and (3) of the Social Security Act 1975 and sections 25(1), (2) and (3), 29(1), and 30(1) of the Social Security Act 1989, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
