# The War Pensions Committees Regulations 1990, Regulation 10: Accounts


(1) A Committee or sub-committee in receipt of funds from charitable or other sources for the purpose of assisting the War Pensioners' Welfare Service shall safeguard those funds and keep proper written accounts of all receipts and disbursements.
(2) The accounts shall be open to inspection by the Secretary of State.
