# The War Pensions Committees Regulations 1990, Paragraph 12: Proceedings


(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2) below a Committee shall determine whether persons other than members may attend any meeting of the Committee or a sub-committee.
(2) The Chief Welfare Officer or his deputy may attend any meeting of a Committee or a sub-committee.
