# The War Pensions Committees Regulations 1990, Paragraph 6: Chairman and Vice-Chairman


The Chairman, or in his absence, the Vice-Chairman shall preside over Committee meetings. At a meeting where both are absent the members present shall elect one of their number to act as Chairman for that meeting.
