  "text": "The following Regulations are hereby revoked:\nThe War Pensions Committees Regulations 1990;\nThe War Pensions Committees (Amendment) Regulations 1995; and\nThe War Pensions Committees (Amendment) Regulations 1996,\nand the committees established and operated thereunder shall be abolished.",
