# The War Pensions Committees Regulations 2000, Regulation 7: Membership, constitution, proceedings, etc of committees

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Each committee shall consist of not fewer than 12 nor more than 20 members who shall be appointed by the Secretary of State.
(2) The provisions of Schedule 2 shall have effect with respect to committees.
