# The War Pensions Committees Regulations 2000, Paragraph 14

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Subject to paragraph 8, a committee shall make decisions by a simple majority of members present and voting. In the event of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall have a casting vote.
