# The War Pensions Committees Regulations 2000, Paragraph 20

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Decisions of the sub-committee shall be by a simple majority of the sub-committee members present and voting, and in the event of equality of votes the Chairman of the sub-committee shall have a casting vote.
