  "heading": "Abolition of funeral grants",
  "text": "(1) The principal Scheme shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this Article.\n(2) Article 19 (funeral grants) is hereby revoked.\n(3) In Articles 22, 23 and 25 for the words, “gratuity or funeral grant” wherever they appear there shall be substituted the words “or gratuity”.",
