# The War Pensions (Mercantile Marine) (Amendment) Scheme 1988, Section 3: Amendment of Article 22 of the principal Scheme


In Article 22 of the principal Scheme (modification of awards in certain cases) after paragraph (1) there shall be inserted the following paragraph —
“(1A) Paragraph (1) shall not apply to awards first made on or after 11th April 1988.”.
