# The War Pensions (Mercantile Marine) (Amendment) Scheme 2001, Section 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


This Scheme may be cited as the War Pensions (Mercantile Marine) (Amendment) Scheme 2001 and, subject to article 3, shall come into force on 9th April 2001.
