# The War Pensions (Mercantile Marine) Scheme 1964, Article 26: Determination of medical questions


The provisions of the Naval Order as applied by this Scheme shall apply in relation to any medical question which arises under this Scheme in like manner as they apply in relation to any matter which is required by the Naval Order to be certified and which involves a medical question.
