Article 2 Public Funds to include reference to community charge

(1)

In article 2(9) of the War Pensions (Naval Auxiliary Personnel) Scheme 1964^f1 (meaning of “public funds”) after the words “general or local Act” there shall be inserted the words “moneys provided under the Abolition of Domestic Rates etc. (Scotland) Act 1987^f2”.

In article 2(26) of the War Pensions (Mercantile Marine) Scheme 1964^f3 (meaning of “public funds”) after the words “general or local Act”, there shall be inserted the words “moneys provided under the Abolition of Domestic Rates etc. (Scotland) Act 1987”.

In article 1(10) of the War Pensions (Coastguards) Scheme 1944^f4 (meaning of “public funds”), after the words “general or local Act” there shall be inserted the words “moneys provided under the Abolition of Domestic Rates etc. (Scotland) Act 1987”.
