# The War Pensions (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 1993, Article 3: War Pensions (Mercantile Marine) Scheme 1964


In article 2(26) of the War Pensions (Mercantile Marine) Scheme 1964 (definition of “public funds”), for the words “the Abolition of Domestic Rates etc. (Scotland) Act 1987” there shall be substituted the words “the Local Government Finance Act 1992”.
