Article 4 War Pensions (Coastguards) Scheme 1944

In article 1(10) of the War Pensions (Coastguards) Scheme 1944^f1 (definition of “public funds”), for the words “the Abolition of Domestic Rates etc. (Scotland) Act 1987” there shall be substituted the words “the Local Government Finance Act 1992”.
