# The War Pensions (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 1993, Introduction: Introductory text


PENSIONS
Made 11th March 1993
Coming into force 1st April 1993
The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(3) of the Pensions (Navy, Army, Air Force and Mercantile Marine) Act 1939 and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
