# The Warkworth Harbour Revision Order 1987, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order increases from £150,000 to £500,000 the maximum amount of money which the Warkworth Harbour Commissioners may borrow for the purposes of the harbour on the security of the harbour revenue or by way of the mortgage of any land for the time being vested in them.
The applicants for the Order are the Warkworth Harbour Commissioners.
