  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of defects in S.I. 2011/1414 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nElectricity\nMade 7th March 2013\nLaid before Parliament 8th March 2013\nComing into force 6th April 2013\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11 and 31(5) and (6) of the Energy Act 2010.\nThe Secretary of State has consulted the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority, licensed electricity suppliers and such other persons as the Secretary of State thinks appropriate.",
