# The Warm Home Discount (Reconciliation) (Amendment) Regulations 2017, Regulation 12: Amendment to regulation 14 (appeals against errors in determinations)


In regulation 14, before paragraph (1) insert—
“(A1) This regulation applies where the Authority is not the Operator.”.
