  "text": "In regulation 2—\n(a) in the definition of “market share”, for paragraph (a) substitute—\n“(a) unless regulation 11 applies, the market share of the supplier, expressed as a percentage—\n(i) as notified by the Authority to the Operator under regulation 4(1)(b); or\n(ii) where the Authority is the Operator, as determined under regulation 4(2A); or ”;\n(b) for the definition of “the Operator” substitute—\n““the Operator” means—\n(a) in relation to scheme years 1 to 6, the person for the time being appointed by the Secretary of State under regulation 3; and\n(b) in relation to scheme year 7, the Authority;”.",
