# The Warm Home Discount Regulations 2011, Paragraph 10: Interpretation

Extent: E+W+S

In this Schedule—
“consumer prices index” means—
(a)the consumer prices index (CPI) published by the Office for National Statistics, or
(b)where the index is not published for a month, any substituted index or figures published by the Office for National Statistics;
“year t-1” means the scheme year preceding the scheme year for which the amount of the obligation is being determined; and
“year t-2” means the scheme year before year t-1.
