# The Warm Home Discount Regulations 2011, Paragraph 2A


A person who is in receipt of income-related employment and support allowance and who is a member of the work-related activity group and—
(a) has parental responsibility for a child under the age of 5 who ordinarily resides with that person; or
(b) is in receipt of a qualifying component.
