  "text": "For each fuel type—\n(a) in relation to each quarter, the mean of the amounts calculated under paragraph 1(b) for the months in that quarter is to be multiplied by the relevant weighting; and\n(b) the amounts calculated under sub-paragraph (a) for each quarter in the scheme year are to be added together.",
