The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 411(1), (2)(c), (3)(g) and (7) and 420 (1)(b) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999^f1, and after consultation in accordance with section 411(8) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
