# The Warrenpoint Harbour Authority Order (Northern Ireland) 2002, Article 9: Amendment of the Warrenpoint Harbour Authority Order (Northern Ireland) 1971


(1) In Article 3 of the Order of 1971 the reference to section 23 of the Harbours, Docks and Piers Clauses Act 1847 shall be deleted.
(2) For Schedule 1 to the Order of 1971, there shall be substituted the provisions set out in Schedule 1 to this Order.
